Sundarban Courier Service (Pvt.) Ltd. chairman Md Imamul Kabir Shanto died on May 30 after contracting coronavirus. At the meeting of the board of directors of the Shanto-Mariam Foundation on June 18 unanimously decided to give the responsibility to the new chairman.
Ahsanul Kabir is a successful physician by profession and for a long time he worked in the scope of a doctor in different countries outside Bangladesh.
He responded to the call of the founder chairman Md Imamul Kabir Shanto to return to his homeland, leaving the medical profession to devote himself to humanitarian work and national progress.
Md Ahsanul Kabir has been the vice-chairman of the Shanto-Mariam Foundation since 2014 and has made significant contributions to the implementation of the ideals and objectives of the foundation over the years.
He wishes to continue with the principles on which the founding chairman laid out the roadmap’s focal points.
